For the pinnacle of our offerings, we employ the Solera method, true to the Spanish heritage, using the exceptional Pedro Ximénez varietal to craft our finest Sherry wines.

Bandido Sherry Wine

Temecula Valley. Solera Sherry Style. 2005 Blend mostly Pedro Ximenez. 17.0 % by volume. 500 ml.

We crafted this California Sherry in the true Spanish Solera style, with the warmth of the Southern California climate helping our traditional Spanish varietals, grapes such as Pedro Ximénez, impart flavors of hazelnuts and creamy caramel.

Guapo Port Style Dessert Wine

Late Harvest Estate Chardonnay 2020

This premium quality white wine is produced from grapes grown in our Rancho Vista Las Estrellas Vineyard, in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. Its sweetness is from late-picked Chardonnay grapes. Tropical fruit flavors and a creamy palate.
