Terms and Conditions
Club shipments occur six times a year. At delivery, they must be signed for by an adult age 21 or older. We strongly recommend having your wine shipped to a business address. Club shipments are charged automatically to your credit card about a week before they’re shipped or available for pick up. Depending on your club selection and quantity, your quarterly shipment, with member’s discount, will range from (plus applicable tax and shipping charges):

3 bottles: $135-$195  |  6 bottles: $200-$395  |  12 bottles: $400-$590

PICK-UPS: We will gladly hold your wine for 60 days from the release date at our tasting room for personal pick-up. After 60 days, the wine will be shipped to your address on file, and shipping charges will apply. It is the member’s responsibility to keep us updated on current addresses and information.

SHIPPING: We are pleased to provide a reduced shipping rate for our members-please ask about current costs. State laws regarding wine shipments change frequently; ask us if we can ship to your state. Keep us current with your delivery address; extra charges for misdirected shipments are the customer’s responsibility. For members outside of California, we may delay shipping the summer club wines until the hot weather abates.

RETURNS: Wine is a perishable product and, as such, cannot be returned. In the rare event that a bottle of Raul Ramirez Wine does not meet your expectations, please give us a call. We will do everything we can to make it right.

SUBSTITUTIONS: We do offer customized selections. We understand that you may prefer certain wines over others, and we encourage you to try the wines that have been hand-picked by our winemaker – they are limited production releases, and many are available exclusively to wine club members. Your order information and substitute selections will be emailed to you prior to club processing, and at that time you may keep the wines we have selected for you, or exchange from our additional selections. After club processing, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

CANCELLATIONS: Requests to cancel your membership can be made after you have received six shipments. Early cancellation fee is $100. Requests to cancel must be made in writing thirty (30) days in advance. After that time, and prior to your next scheduled shipment, please contact us via email at, and we will be happy to assist you.
